Arthritis Exercise Classes:

AQUATIC PROGRAM: a 6 week, 45 minute course that meets twice a week. During each session, 20-30 exercises are lead by therapists certified in water exercise for people with arthritis. This course is designed to increase joint flexibility and range of motion using specific exercises in a heated pool.

Effectiveness of the Arthritis Foundation’s Aquatic Program:
participants reported significant positive differences in their ability to
perform activities of daily living and in their pain level.
